Because our products are handcrafted and carefully curated, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on used, or consumed items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and original packaging. Once reviewed and approved, a replacement or store credit will be issued at our discretion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
